How I Work

A reflective space and a clinical perspective, exploring together.

My Approach

I work from an approach that integrates person-centred therapy and psychodynamic thinking. This means I pay attention both to what is happening in your present life and to the patterns and relationships that may be shaping it beneath the surface.

I understand counselling as a shared process where your experience remains central. I offer a reflective space and a clinical perspective as we explore together, at a pace that feels safe and respectful.

Person-Centred

Your experience, your pace. I offer a space where you can explore freely, without judgement, with genuine warmth and understanding.

Psychodynamic

Together we pay attention to patterns, relationships and experiences that may be shaping your present life beneath the surface.

Integrative

I draw from both approaches to offer something flexible and responsive — shaped around what you need, not a one-size-fits-all model.

What to Expect

1

First Session

We begin with a free 15-minute online consultation — an opportunity for us to briefly meet, ask questions, and see whether working together feels right. There is no obligation to continue.

2

Ongoing Sessions

Sessions last 50 minutes and take place online. We usually meet weekly at an agreed time. The work unfolds at a pace that feels safe and respectful for you.

Language

I offer counselling in both English and Spanish.

I welcome adults and young people who would prefer to explore their experience in Spanish, particularly those living in the UK. Working in your first language can open up a deeper, more nuanced space for reflection.
